Amenities at the Building
Here are some of things you can enjoy during your Stay in Toronto without even having to put your shoes on.

Indoor Pool & Hot Tubs
A 40ft indoor pool, kept at a comfortable 78 degrees, is great for workouts or chillouts. There are also steam rooms

Fully Equipped Gym
Huge 24/7 gym in the building with plenty of cardio and professional quality weights & machines.

Bowling Alley
Two side-by-side bowling lanes, featuring 5-pin bowling (with small balls – ideal for little hands).

4K Laser Dolby Atmos Movie Theatre
My fave spot, a 14 seat private screening room with a laser 4K projector, UHD blu ray player, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and a 150″ Stewart Screen. Also an amazing room for doing VR with Trev’s Valve Index VR rig

Games Room
Featuring Table Tennis, Foosball, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey. Trevor wants to get some arcade cabinets in the future.

Billiards Room
Quiet room featuring two separate pool tables with their own sitting areas. Very high quality pool tables too.

Golf Simulator
Can be used for any sports but it’s a great way to get some exercise in the Canadian winters.

Kid’s Play Room
A brand new amenity that Trev spearheaded, should be open by the time you arrive next week (fingers crossed).

Liberty Village Park & Playground
Located *literally* outside my front door (that’s my bldg in the top left corner of pic). Huge playground and splash pad.
Help with Packing
Here are some things I advise bringing with you, and some things I have in stock which might save you some trouble.
Things I Have in Stock for your Convenience
Shampoo, conditioner, & Body Wash
I keep Kiehl’s Amino Acid Shampoo and Conditioner (coconut oil based) in the guest bathroom, as well as Malin+Goetz Rum body wash.
Beach Towels, Bath Robes, and Outdoor Protection
I have pool footwear and pool towels and all that jazz if we spend time there. Also I have sunscreen and bug spray and all of that, including for kids. Fully stocked closet of over the counter remedies for adults, but let me know if you’re a children’s asprin or children’s tylenol family to make sure that’s covered too.
Children’s Books
I have a surprisingly large collection of children’s books that I bought for my nephew. Also tonnes of Blu Rays and 4K blu rays that are age appropriate for 5 year olds.
Things I Recommend that you Pack
Bathing Suits
With the indoor pool, hot tubs, and even the lake as potential swimming spots, everyone should bring a suit!
Driver’s License
It’s helpful to have a valid form of photo ID if we go to a restaurant, that doesn’t require you to carry your passports around.
Creature Comforts
There are a lot of brands in the US that aren’t available up here in Canada, and vice versa. If you have a favourite brand of melatonin for instance, or allergy meds, I recommend bringing with you. There are certainly comparable things here but I can’t get my favorite allergy meds in the US for instance so I always bring them with me, and here I’m advising the same but in reverse.
Accommodations
A preview of where you’ll be staying

Your Bedroom
With a queen size bed, closet, and floor space by the window big enough for a twin size air mattress.

The Terrace
1300sq ft private outdoor terrace all to ourselves. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from this unobstructed 270 degree view facing North, with clear East & West exposures.

Sun Tanning
Every day (weather permitting) from 2pm to 7pm, enjoy direct sunlight on my terrace.

Fire Pit & Lounge
Featuring a stunning view of Toronto’s skyscrapers, this propane fire pit will keep us warm on cool evenings.
Also a lovely place to read a book during the day.

Big BBQ
We can cook at home and enjoy some of the best sunset views of Toronto (and cheap Canadian groceries), while also playing patio games like Cornhole, Ring Toss, and more in our own “sky restaurant”

Dining Area
Kinda goes with what I said to the left. I’ll use this space to point out that there are 2 apple trees, 2 raspberry bushes, a blueberry bush, and a rhubarb plant all growing fruit right now on the patio. Should be able to pick raspberries.
